Hmmmm If I could time travel anywhere…. I would have to say it would be back in time to meet Princess Diana. I think very highly of her. She was a very strong, interesting woman in my opinion. I really dont have an exact reason of why I would travel back to meet her, I’ve just always been very interested in her. There are many people I would like to meet that came before my time she just came to mind when I read the topic for this week. Oh, and no I would not worry anout changing the future by changing the past. God made the decision for things to be the way they are, it is not up to me to change things. That is His power and duty.

I really hope he didn’t steal that ring either!! lol But I think that it is pretty cool that you still have it. I think that it is REALLY romantic about you ex sending your that box full of goodies! TO SWEET!! I am a hopeless romantic so I am a sucker for stuff like that I hope your Valentines was great though!!

Awhhh! I think that it is really sweet that you have had the same Valentines for 3 years <3 ! I dont blame you, I would never tell anyone that I did not like their presents. That is just plan rude! I would be heartbroken if my boyfriend told me that he didnt like his presents. I hope you had a great Valentines Day!!

From a public relations standpoint, if you worked for a greeting card company, florist or chocolate manufacturer, how would you persuade the public to buy from you rather than your competition?

Let me start off by saying I am a die hard HOPELESS ROMANTIC!! I love anything thoughtful, sweet, and caring and so on. I have to say the worst present I ever got was in middle school (8^th grade). I know that is young to have a valentine but it wasn’t like it was anything serious. Anyways, I got a book of poems from a guy. The guy had written them himself. I thought it was nice that he took all that time and effort to make me that gift, but I just thought/think it was a little to much. Frankly, a little on the corny side as well. A little, freaky I might add too. On the other hand I have two gifts that rank at the top. Both of these gifts I have gotten were from my daddy <3. He had a dozen long stem yellow roses delivered to my work about two years ago. It was the sweetest thing in the world! I am a major daddy’s girl. My all time favorite gift is my stuffed clown. Again my daddy gave him to me when I was a little girl, maybe 5 or so. I still sleep with him to this day. Keep in mind he is old and is showing his age but he means the world to me.  He is yellow and purple with green  and black dots. The top of his hat is missing, and some of his hair is falling out. But, I do not go anywhere to stay the night without him!!  I have to brag a little though; my boyfriend and I exchanged Valentines last night J He really plays a large role in my life. Anyways, he bought me a HUGE monkey with a red ribbon around his neck (it even matches my bedspread!!) With this monkey I got a card, and not just any card, a card that matched the monkey. He took that extra time to pick out a card just to match my monkey <3 It really made me feed special that he took that time to do that for me J

I would persuade customers to buy flowers from me by offering special deals on flowers. You could receive a discount of you were a college student or educator. I think it would be a good idea to offer package deals as well, for example, free shipping with a purchase of $25 or more. You could also offer more than flowers, like teddy bears, candy, or cards.

I would have to say the thing that just sends me over the edge is someone honking the dang horn at me!! It drives me absolutely INSANE!! I cannot stand the noise.

I also cannot stand when someone cuts you off mid-sentence in a conversation, Its like ummm hello was I not talking first??? Lets have some manners and respect for others please!!

Most of my pet peeves deal with people being rude or mean. I just do not think that its necessary and no one deserves it.

I do have some normal pet peeves, like when your tag it sticking out the neck of your shirt, or when YOUR BOXERS ARE HANGING OUT OF YOUR PANTS!! OR THONG FOR THAT MATTER!! Come on now!!

This may be completely off topic, but I want a Kindle Fire SOOOOO bad!! I am currently saving my money for one because apparently Santa didn’t get that part of my letter this year haha. I have not had the chance to read Water for Elephants nor watch the movie. It is one my “to read” list though. I am like you though, I just started to read on my own time. It’s funny though, I use to HATE to read books. I guess you change as you get older!!

I baby-sat a first grader last semester while I went to school and I have to say she came home with a different library book everyday! They were required to take a test over each book that they checked out of the library so she was actually reading the books and not looking at the pictures and what-not. The point I am making is that, I agree, it seems that we read a lot more when we are younger than when we are older. I think that it is because we are not forced and required as much when we are younger than when we are in high school and college. I remember reading a lot of books when I was younger just to see how many I could read. Our school had reading competitions, the homeroom with the most books read got like a pizza party or ice cream party. We definitely didn’t get that in high school haha I have gotten where I enjoy reading a lot on a nice summer day laying out in the sun. I find it very relaxing

Having just returned from the Sundance Film Festival I wonder how many of you read the book before (or even after) seeing a movie. The questions for this week are, would you rather read the book, watch the movie, or both? Why? Which do you usually prefer? What, if anything, has been your favorite book to movie adaptation?

I prefer to read the book before I see the movie. I have had experience with both. I watched “The Last Song” before I read the book. I only made it half way through the book and quit reading because I knew what was going to happen. However, I read “Charlie St. Cloud” before watching the movie and I absolutely loved that experience. I also read all the Twilight books before the movies came out too. I actually re-read the books as the new parts of the movies come out. I may just be weird, I do not really have a reason of why I like reading the book before watching the movie. However, while on the subject of movies, I CANNOT wait until “The Vow” comes out!!!! I almost cried on the trailer!

I really enjoyed your bucket list! I think that it is pretty awesome that you want to visit Ireland because of your heritage. I also think that it is neat that you and your family do those things to keep the tradition alive here in Georgia. I have to say I have never been to a Georgia game at all, but it is really something that I think I would enjoy. But there is NO doubt in my mind that I would like to go partying on YACHT!! That would be awesome! I would definitely do it, no questions asked!!

It seems that you put a lot of thought and effort to the things on your bucket list, I really like that. I really want to go to Italy too!! I think it is a very romantic city, and I am a hopeless romantic <3. I also enjoy a lot of Italian foods so I would like t experience that part of Italy too. I’m pretty sure I would gain like 20lbs in one week there! I would also like to go to Australia to see a Kangaroo and of course the handsome men I LOVE their accent, HOT! And of course I would like to marry my one true love and settle down. It seems like you have everything planned out! I hope everything comes true!! Good Luck!!

I recently added a new item to my bucket list this past week. I absolutly love the site http://pinterest.com/ . When I was browsing I seen a bucket list picture. On it, it said, “  Pee in every ocean.” This is my new bucket list item It sounds nasty, but I really enjoy traveling and especially the BEACH!! So it seemed to really fit me
