Welcome to the Boro’!

What are your favorite things to do in the ‘Boro? If someone who had never been to Statesboro were to come to town, where would you take them? Why?

 

One of my favorite things to do in the Boro’ is eat! ha And of course the Mexican Restaurant is my favorite That is where I would take someone if they come to town. I also like the clubhouse. It’s just a nice and friendly environment, plus I like to bowl! I like more places besides the Mexican place, I enjoy Olive Garden and Cracker Barrell as well. I cannot wait until the Steak n’ Shake is open, Im sure it will be amazing!!

I really like your response to this blog assignment. I would have loved to know what I wanted to do when I graduated HS. I attended and graduated from a local two year college near my hometown and then transfered here. I recently changed my major again (like last week). Its really hard for me to wrap my head around what I want to do for the REST of my life!! Its a big decision.

Einsteins is AWESOME!! I wouldn’t really change anything about my freshman year either. I mean I wasn’t into the partying, I focused on my school work as well. I mean it would have been nice looking back to go out and do but I value my grades I have made too. Its a win and lose situation. You just have to decide

Freshman Year!

If you could go back to freshman year, would you do anything differently? If so what & why?

If I could go back to freshman year, I would not do anything different. I didn’t party and what not, I just don’t care for that. I went out with my friends and ate supper and done homework like I was suppose to do. It was just another school year for me. I know this isn’t a very entertaining post, but it’s the truth!! Lol Have a great Monday!!

Nicholas Sparks is my favorite author!! Hes awesome! But I do like for a book to catch me from beginning to end like you said! Maybe you’ll get time to read the hunger games!

BOOKS BOOKS BOOKS!!

The following article discusses 10 books that PR professionals should read. How many from the list have you read? How many do you want to read? What are other books you would add to this list and how would they be helpful to PR professionals?

 

Sadly, I have not read any of these books HOWEVER!! I plan on reading the Hunger Game next week on spring break! I have heard a lot of good things on this book so I am looking forward to reading it

Dream Job!

As the image above indicates, this week’s topic is about your dream job. What is your career dream job? How do you plan to shine among all the others wanting the same dream job? What are you doing now to achieve the end goal of your “dream job”?

I do not have a certain job in mind for a dream job. I just have qualities that I would want a dream job to posses. I would like for my dream job to include traveling. Being able to see different places and not be stuck in one building all day. I would love to be able to interact with different kinds of people as well. I would want to make a difference in the world and people’s everyday lives. I have not found a job that exactly entails all of this yet, but this is what I dream of. For me to stand out from everyone else who would want this job I would say my personality and determined attitude would help me succeed landing the job. What am I doing now to achieve this dream job? I’m keeping my eyes open for it haha.

I completely agree!! I would go back to high school in a blink of an eye! Looking back things were so much easier and laid back then. However when I was in high school I thought it was rough, boy I didnt know what I was talking about!!

Time Travel!

If time travel were possible, what would you do? Where would you go? Why did you choose to visit there? If you were to go back in time, would you worry about how one small change could affect the future?

Hmmmm If I could time travel anywhere…. I would have to say it would be back in time to meet Princess Diana. I think very highly of her. She was a very strong, interesting woman in my opinion. I really dont have an exact reason of why I would travel back to meet her, I’ve just always been very interested in her. There are many people I would like to meet that came before my time she just came to mind when I read the topic for this week. Oh, and no I would not worry anout changing the future by changing the past. God made the decision for things to be the way they are, it is not up to me to change things. That is His power and duty.

Awhhh! I think that it is really sweet that you have had the same Valentines for 3 years <3 ! I dont blame you, I would never tell anyone that I did not like their presents. That is just plan rude! I would be heartbroken if my boyfriend told me that he didnt like his presents. I hope you had a great Valentines Day!!
